Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- English B1+;
- 2+ years of experience with SCRUM projects (SCRUM Master role);
- 3+ years of experience in IT;
- Understanding of software development, testing, CI CD lifecycle;
- Risk management;
- Conflict management;
- Management of expectations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Acts as coach/mentor for Scrum team and client;
- Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, poker planning, and story points estimation, velocity tracking;
- Organizational, time management, decision-making skills;
- Jira user experience;

Will be a plus:
- Technical background (dev, QA, system administrator, devops);
- Located in Lviv;
- Jira administration;
- Familiar with SonarQube code quality reports;
- Commercial experience in account management;
- Experience in presale activities;
- Agile/PMI certification;
- Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, XP knowlage;

Responsibilities:
- Obtain SCRUM Master role on the project, driving SCRUM events;
- Delivers scaled agile software product projects within the constraints of scope, time, and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s project management framework;
- Provide high-quality risk analysis; track, act upon, and communicate risks properly to your clients and team;
- Effectively manage project team conflicts, build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, and commitment to make decisions;
- Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring members are motivated and developing their skills and experience;
- Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan;
- Participate in pre-sale and up-sale on your current account;
- Cooperation with the recruitment team, candidate analysis, and prioritization. Interviewing of new team members together with technical interviewers and recruiters.
