- keep teams running at top efficiency by having ownership and responsibility for all agile events and sprint management across multiple teams;

- have willing to delve into elemental exposition of agile principles and coach the team and stakeholders on their agile software development journey.

We want to offer you a Senior Scrum Master vacancy. This position has a broad range of responsibilities which are cross departmental. This role combines strategic and tactical thinking within agile software engineering methodologies and practices

Skills
• Mastery of Scrum events and agile software development methodologies through Servant Leadership
• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Demonstrated experience of agile coaching, Agile frameworks, methodologies, and methods
• Knowledge and experience with different Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Mob Programming Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
• Team player and servant leader
• Strong written and verbal English

Work experience
• 5+ years leading multiple agile teams in a Scrum Master role
• Varied Scrum Experience (different team sizes, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
• Experience taking novice teams into mature agile process
• Experience working in a dynamic, often ambiguous, and fast paced environments in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm

Responsibilities
• Manage, coach and train agile adoption from novice to expert
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear
• Foster and encourage teamwork using Agile practices and Scrum events through facilitated discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
• Execute based upon vision, strategy and roadmap set by leadership
• Support the sprint release delivery cadence with best Scrum Master practices and techniques all the way to production
• Proactively remove impediments and help the team to do same to stay focused on sprint agreements without distractions
• Collaboration with leadership overseeing standards, practices, process, and technologies required to deliver performant products
• Work cross-departmentally with Engineering, Product Owners, Team Leads, Tech Leads, Test Leads, and numerous stakeholders
• Promote Scrum adoption by the organization
• Work with Product Owners, Architects and DevOps to drive process maturity
• Reinforce goals, scope, acceptance criteria and product domain to new and existing team members
• Coach for clear and concise Product Backlog items for Refinement and Sprint planning sessions
• Ensure that the Definition of Done yields high-value increments that embrace product quality and user experience
• Helping the team to create well-understood acceptance criteria through delivery of Scrum methodology coaching
• Facilitating Scrum events
