Project Coordinator (offline)

INFUSEmedia is a fully integrated, data-fueled, demand generation engine that offers a host of industry-leading solutions designed to help B2B organizations drive qualified interest. Due to the company’s growth, we are seeking a Project Administrator ready to grow and develop their career.

The goal of the Project Coordinator would be to optimize and speed up the projects’ completion in cooperation with the Project Manager.

In this role, you will:
Collect, analyze, and visualize data, prepare documents
Coordinate the project workflow
Generate brilliant ideas
Prepare project specifications
Automate internal processes where possible
Complete side tasks to support the project’s implementation

Our requirements include:
English (upper-intermediate)
Skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets
Basic design knowledge: web and graphics

We are looking for someone with:

Ability to structure large amounts of information
High level of responsibility
Ability to manage several projects at the same time
