IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Hiring our technical professionals to the team;
• Develop and stick to a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment strategy;
• Follow the full cycle of the hiring process, including searching, interviewing and closing candidates;
• Work directly with our technical experts and stakeholders to attract the best candidates to the team;
• Facilitate the development of interviewing, adaptation and learning processes;
• Maintaining a database of candidates (we use Jira).

Requirements:
• Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses;
• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Understanding the hiring landscape and the complexity of global talent markets;
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process;
• Results based on proven track record of recruiting top talent at scale;
• A love of problem solving: working with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
