Project Manager (offline)

Required skills
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level (reading/writing/speaking);
- Experience in project management at an outsourcing IT company for at least 1 year;
- Experience in implementing Agile methodologies;
- A clear understanding of the SDLC;
- Experience in planning and evaluating projects, using relevant methods and techniques;
- Experience in team building, teamwork activities;
- Follow deadlines and have a sharp eye on details;
- Experience with scheduling tools and task management tools (Trello, Jira).

It will be a plus:
- Portfolio of the successful projects;
- Technical education;
- Knowledge of programming technologies (Angular, React, React Native, Ionic, NodeJS, NestJS).

Your responsibilities:
- Participation in pre-sales calls, analysis of requirements, initiation of the launch of the project;
- Distribution of priorities of tasks in the team;
- Team workload management and planning;
- Managing multiple projects at the same time, including schedule, resources, budgets and project risk management;
- Communicating with clients and advising them on the processes at all stages of the SDLC;
- Help clients achieve their goals by implementing relevant project lifecycle and workflow processes;
- Creation of technical documentation and specifications, participation in project planning.
