Founded in 2016 by Emilie Legoff, former CEO of a large french staffing group, TROOPS is an all-in-one SaaS platform for temporary staffing groups covering the whole phygital process from candidate identification to invoices sending and KPIs monitoring.

The company is based in Lyon but all our 55 employees are working remotely. We got a Series A of 8.4M€. Now our ambition is to grow worldwide first with the European market, then the US market and to stabilize our position in the French market.

About project:
Troops offers a powerful front-office developed for legal compliance and digitalization of secured information flows. Troops help companies in the temporary employment and HR industries to go digital:

Troops SaaS platform is a multi-users with access for agencies and their clients that enables processing the following tasks:

Agencies can collect and follow many candidates, handle the offers of their clients and have reporting to follow their KPIs on a daily basis.

Requirements:
● Work experience in the IT field at least 2 years;
● Experience in coordinating the teamwork process and prioritizing tasks;
● Experience with fixed price projects;
● Understanding the life cycle of the project and software product (Web);
● Experience with change requirements (at all stages of the project);
● Skills of coordinating project documentation and terms of work with the customer;
● High level of soft skills;
● Ability to draw up and maintain reports on the project, provide recommendations on the results of the project
● Fluent English

Responsibilities:
● Management and control of all stages of the project life cycle
● Daily communication with the main contact person
● Analyze and prioritize project activities by setting realistic timelines
● Create, maintain and provide project plans and other related project documentation.
● Manage team workflow and task assignments
● Track project progress according to schedule
● Report about the progress and status of the project to the CTO, Product Owner and other stakeholders.
