HR manager (offline) $1000-2000
Main areas:
1. Building performance management strategy and retention program together with the Management Team (experience with OCRs/KPIs etc., goal settings technics)
2. Adaptation and motivation of personnel (1 on 1, personal plans, bonuses schemes, etc.)
3. Formation and development of company culture together with the Management Team
4. Corporate events organization and support
5. Understanding of the skill set for different positions and the possibility to match them with the existing positions
6. Participating in procedures and policies development, description, and implementation
7. Understanding IT market, analysis gathering, and reporting to the Management team
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of HR systems, databases, and metrics
2. Outstanding speaking and writing skills
3. Awareness of labor laws
4. Experience with 100% remote multinational teams
5. Advanced oral and written English communication skills. French will be a plus
Soft skills:
- Dynamic, organized, and proactive
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.
- High level of accuracy, meeting key deadlines, and attention to detail is required
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Good presentation and leadership skills
- Cultural awareness to work across multiple countries in the cluster
- Tech-savvy to work remotely
