What will you do?

● Full life cycle recruitment of technical and non-tech positions
● Directly search and headhunt qualified candidates, maintaining the Database
● Work on vacancies texts and job postings
● Provide timely and accurate feedback for the candidates
● Prepare vacancy’ statistics and reports

Who we are looking for?

● Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
● Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels
● Knowledge of IT technologies related to web and mobile development
● Good English skills, both spoken and written (at least pre-intermediate)

● Work experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer
● Experience with Recruitment CRM
● Out of the box thinking
