Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
-1+ years of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies, or recruiting agencies;
-Experience in a full-cycle recruitment process;
-Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media;
-Deep understanding of the software development domain;
-Experience with ATS systems (we use Hurma and Clever Staff);
-Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
-Experience working with hiring managers;
-Knowledge of various recruiting tools (not only LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);
-High communication and negotiation skills;
-Analytical skills and attention to detail;
-Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;
-Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
-Screen candidates’ resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
-Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of the Cosmolot Team;
-Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
-Recruitment database maintenance in ATS;
-To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
