Technical Account Manager (offline)

Advanced English level is required.

Responsibilities:
- Communication with new/existing clients via email, chat, voice calls;
- Conducting demos for potential clients (detailed presentation of the system and its functionalities);
- Gathering information from the existing/potential clients to provide the team with useful insights into the industry needs;
- Leading webinars upon new software releases;
- Keeping technical documentation up to date;
- Resolving issues that existing clients might face using the system (help in configuration, conducting training).
