Tech Lead .NET Core (offline)

We are looking for experienced Tech Lead .NET Core:

Role and responsibilities:
Work with the team to build large-scale distributed analytics system.
Mentor team members and fill the gaps in their knowledge in your area of expertise.
Control technical debt, maintaining a healthy system capable of adapting to business needs.
Influence the architecture and technical decisions of the whole project.
Keeping up-to-date knowledge about new developments in the technology space, especially about the technologies used in the project and sharing it with the team.

Requirements:
3+ years of ASP.NET Core experience.
3+ years of experience designing and developing scalable systems.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Experience working with RabbitMQ.
Deep knowledge of .NET internals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn fast and understand previously unfamiliar concepts.
Practical experience in technical investigation and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience working with Fable (F# to JS compiler).
Experience with Clickhouse.
Experience writing high-performance, low-allocating code.
