REQUIREMENTS:

● Proven 2+ years working experience in a Product (Software) Development company with a HQ in EU or US
● Proven experience in IT companies of Ukraine. Size: from 50 to 150 employees
● Fluent English
● ​ Located in Kyiv or willing to relocate to Kyiv​​
● High emotional intelligence
● Solid experience in one-on-one meetings
● Experience with remote teams
● Be detail-oriented, structured, self-spoken and a doer.
● Ability to diagnose problems both in a qualitative but also data-driven approach, using strategic thinking skills as well as identifying and driving appropriate solutions.
● High-level knowledge of Ukrainian and International labour laws
● Understanding of the business and how HR adds value to the bottom line
● Experience in setting up HR processes and metrics
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shifting priorities, in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment
● Good acumen of HR industry trends, deep expertise in Employee Experience Journey (Onboarding and Adaptation, Performance Review, Retention, Engaging, Talent Management, Off-boarding)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding and Adaptation Program
- Driving, ensuring and further improving the onboarding and adaptation process for Production teams


Performance Management and Career development
- Performance review process
- Holding the performance review process (update all application, follow-up on progress, finalize it in agreed deadlines
- Managing all issues with the performance management application
- Performing analysis throughout a year to check top performers, low performers and to provide the date to HRM and Production Management
- Supporting the teams and Leads with the process of setting objectives


Career development
- Supporting the process of Individual Development Plan creation and implementation (regular discussions, track of the progress, follow up to Management)
- Manage Level-up Process for the assigned teams
- Career changes/movements (horizontally and vertically)
- Coaching and training managers on how to develop teams
- Regular discussions with people to help them in the future development path


Training and Development
- Identifying training needs
- Implement the training plan (identifying providers, training administration)
- Follow up and track on return of investment from training plan

Employee Retention
- Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options
- Conduct regular Health Check for teams
- Propose and improve retention strategy
- Develop and implement preventing measures for staff leaving


Staff Turnover and Exit Interviews
- Keeping monthly track
- Identifying causes and notifying the HR and Production Mng on regular basis
- Organize exit interviews
- Centralize information from exit interviews
