Technical Delivery Manager (offline)

As a Technical Deliver Manager you will work closely with the client, analysing data, processing feedback and understanding business objectives, help development teams to deliver value to the business following owned by you roadmap, propose and facilitate changes within the team and company.
Successful candidates must have an experience acting as either of: service delivery manager, service request manager, scrum master, kanban coach, project manager, business analyst, delivery manager.
Responsibilities:
Watch the flow and facilitate changes to deliver clients satisfaction
Facilitate estimations, retrospectives, planning sessions
Collaborate with product manager working on requirements, user stories
Work with support team to troubleshoot customer’s problems and collect feedback
Suggest and implement changes in ways of working improving workflow efficiency
Prioritization and backlog management
Costs & risks management
Provide visibility to engineering management
Corporate governance.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in either of: delivery management, project management, facilitation in agile teams
Business analysis expertise
Good understanding of software development life cycle (from the kick-off/initial requirements gathering and till the support phase of the project)
Good understanding of agile development principles and proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment
Experience working with clients directly, managing risks and their expectations
Ability to build effective cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
