IT Support (offline)

ParTech, Inc. is seeking a SysAdmin and Support to join our Support Team. This is a technical growth role. The ideal candidate will have willing to solve problems, troubleshooting, support, and have good verbal and write communication skills.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong written and verbal English
• Support of onboarding/offboarding and provisioning/deprovisioning
• Support hardware and software needs for Kyiv but also support PAR as a whole
• Strong experience supporting Windows in a network environment
• Office365/Microsoft365 experience
• Microsoft Intune
• Azure (nice to have)
• Knowledge and troubleshooting of VPN
• Networking knowledge/skills
• Meraki (nice to have)
• Experience working in a ticket system
