You will:

- finds, attracts and activates passive candidates using LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter) and alternative search methods

- develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and approaches to achieve recruitment goals;

- create and maintain a flow of candidates;

Requirements:

- Experience working as a sourcer for at least 1 year

- Experience automation of processes - LinkedIn Helper, Walaxy etc.

- Experience in correspondence automation (Snov.io, Sendpulse, Lemlist, etc.)

- Data parsing (Data Miner, Phantombuster etc) and bulk loading of contacts ( Improver, Seekout etc)

It will be a plus:

Previous hiring or sourcing experience in Israel
