Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst:

Requirements:
- Experience in working as a Business Analyst (2+) for a tech company.
- Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Theory.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology and main Scrum artifacts and ceremonies.
- Strong soft skills:
communication,
creative problem-solving skills,
analytical, systems thinking, and functional decomposition skills,
self-organization and attention to detail,
good presentation and negotiation skills,
time-management skills.
- Ability to speak “the same language” with developers and designers.
- Experience in gathering requirements (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer, etc.).
- Understanding of the SDLC.
- Basic technical and engineering knowledge.
- Writing software requirement specifications in the form of User Stories, Use Cases.
- Confident using Jira & Confluence.
- Experience in drawing UML, BPMN, and Flow diagrams.


Nice to have:
- Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or any other related software for design and prototyping.
- Reading and describing API documentation (e.g. Swagger).
- Writing User guides and describing functionality from the user’s point of view.


Responsibilities:
- Defining business needs and goals, and their translation into software requirements.
- Eliciting, gathering, and documenting business/functional requirements.
- Collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owner, and development team.
- Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and their improvement based on close cooperation with development and stakeholders teams.
- Requirements management: manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; revise and redefine as necessary.
