HR\People partner (offline)

Requirements:
β€” 1+ years experience in HR
β€” Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry (terminology, basic knowledge of software β€” development)
β€” Service-based approach to solving issues
β€” Sociability, initiative
β€” Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment

Responsibilities:
β€” Onboarding new employees and support during the trial period
β€” Coordination of development requests from colleagues
β€” Participation in the PDP system
β€” Support and coordination of HR events
β€” Promoting Company values and HR Brand
β€” Participation in the Education project
β€” HR consulting, conducting a 121 meetings
β€” Budgeting the department expenses

Will be a plus:
β€” Experience in the IT field

β€” English Intermediate+ level
