Requirements:
β 1+ years experience in HR
β Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry (terminology, basic knowledge of software β development)
β Service-based approach to solving issues
β Sociability, initiative
β Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
Responsibilities:
β Onboarding new employees and support during the trial period
β Coordination of development requests from colleagues
β Participation in the PDP system
β Support and coordination of HR events
β Promoting Company values and HR Brand
β Participation in the Education project
β HR consulting, conducting a 121 meetings
β Budgeting the department expenses
Will be a plus:
β Experience in the IT field
β English Intermediate+ level
