HR\People partner (offline)

Requirements:
— 1+ years experience in HR
— Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry (terminology, basic knowledge of software — development)
— Service-based approach to solving issues
— Sociability, initiative
— Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment

Responsibilities:
— Onboarding new employees and support during the trial period
— Coordination of development requests from colleagues
— Participation in the PDP system
— Support and coordination of HR events
— Promoting Company values and HR Brand
— Participation in the Education project
— HR consulting, conducting a 121 meetings
— Budgeting the department expenses

Will be a plus:
— Experience in the IT field

— English Intermediate+ level
