Partner Account Manager (in Egypt) (offline)

The Partner Account Management and Sales Organization team plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell intelligent wallet solutions with partners leveraging their distribution channels. With our financial services ecosystem and internal business groups, we build cloud-based or on-premise eWallets, innovate with industry partners, and transform the way of how we sell digital wallets and value-added services together with partners in the MENA market.

The position
Opportunities in Partner Sales Organization are broad because we span the entire product lifecycle -— from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning with our partners to the design-in, sell-in, and sell-through motions that help our partners engage consumers, students, and businesses worldwide. As a Partner Account Manager, you provide sales leadership working with Channel Partners, 3rd party IT vendors, and Resellers to ensure the continuous growth of Wallet Factory business in MENA. You will provide operational support and expertise to drive and execute the Wallet Factory Strategy across these areas.

As a Partner Account Manager, you represent Wallet Factory within the partner channel and communicate its strategy and vision; you are a trusted advisor to build a portfolio that drives a preference for wallet solutions and products for potential partners and their sales channels. To ensure accountability, you drive measurable business performance across revenue, scorecard metrics, and channel health indicators.

Key responsibilities
- To create and nurture a partner ecosystem with assistance from managers and others to drive a larger impact for the customer. Facilitate match-making to drive opportunities (e.g., cloud and solutions), connect partners to sellers, and identify how to meet their specific business needs via Wallet Factory solutions. To deliver and integrate partner expertise and solutions into sales cycles that grow consumption of Wallet Factory products and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., account team unit, solution team unit, business groups, customer program management, worldwide inside sales, cloud specialists) to establish quality partner connections and orchestrate processes to set expectations and generate trust. Refer to solution/practice maps or marketing campaigns to support partner strategy. Drive leads and opportunities for co-sell-ready partners with internal teams (e.g., Partner Marketing) and provide feedback on Solution/Practice map coverage or marketing campaigns. Engage in partner-to-partner collaborations to provide solutions to customers and to scale offerings.
- Manage partner co-selling for Wallet Factory’s most strategic solution partners to drive joint pipeline and partner consumption of Wallet Factory products. Connect with Wallet Factory’s sales and partner communities to bridge and support partner-to-partner engagements as needed — aiming to scale the offering also through co-sell-ready partners. Identify and land sales offers, incentives, and surface customer wins for partner sell-with evidence. Support account teams while navigating within the partner solutions/expertise. Carry a target on intellectual property (IP) or service co-sell metrics and connect partners with sales teams to move sales forward.
- Develop pipelines with co-sellers. Engage partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure right co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage to support targets. Participate in intellectual property (IP) and service sales forecasting, as well as account/territory planning to identify and address gaps. And drive pipeline reviews with top co-sell partners and Wallet Factory sellers to evaluate pipeline effectiveness.


Qualifications

Key Experience:
● Proven business acumen through experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree
● 5+ years of experience in establishing and managing business partnerships between Partners, industry vendors and Resellers. Excellent grasp of business fundamentals, channel development, business planning and excellence in
execution.
● Strong IT industry knowledge (Cloud solutions and competitive environment) and understanding of IT distribution and reseller channel business model including the economics and profitability of Services
● Business level communication skills in both English and Arabic
● Ability to manage a complex structure/business, planning and communication
● Executive maturity with the ability to develop strong relationships across all levels at Partner and Wallet Factory
● Strong cross-group collaboration skills, impact and influence
