Project Manager (offline)

This is an application development as part of existing client onboarding program, which includes advanced workflow management capabilities and multiple integrations in banking systems domain.

As a Delivery Manager, you would be responsible for overall project delivery across the client, adopting delivery best practices and ensuring quality of project delivery, driving and coordinating enterprise integration deliverables, providing clear and transparent status through GANT charts, D-level and C-level leadership communications, and aligning the technology team's roadmap with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Ensure development process and established engineering excellence practices are followed by all team members;
- Present the project in wider program forums, reporting the status and understanding the impact of other teams' progress
- Proactively respond to project related and technical risks;
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;
- Handle project plans, monitor development progress and dependencies across the teams;
- Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of joint development across multiple teams, including activities related to integration with other applications;
- Release management - adoption to infrastructure changes and production releases planning;
- Work with other bank units to get estimates, build GANT chart and track the progress
- Perform day-to-day people management activities with collaboration with company internal services;

Skills
Must have
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 3+ years in IT project management;
- Solid experience of communication with senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Advanced English level - able to freely and confidently communicate with senior technology and operations staff;
- Management experience in projects with enterprise level architectural challenges;
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of industry best practices;
- Financial domain experience preferred;
- Excellent verbal, communication skills

Nice to have
- Working experience in financial or banking domain is preferred
