Capgemini Engineering (Lohika) team is developing a platform providing the ability to easily share a car with other members of the Client’s community. Solution and its ecosystem include mobile apps, related API-s and services, web applications, cloud infrastructure, omni-channel commerce solution, multiple integration points with internal and external systems, such as CRM, financial partners, etc.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitation
- Business/Functional Analysis
- Executing/Supporting User Acceptance Testing
- Creation of Project documentation - requirements and specifications, diagrams, prototypes
- Leverage rapid prototyping approaches to present as-is/to-be processes/workflows and rough designs of the proposed solution
- Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on the client's side
- Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposed
- Performing Product Owner proxy responsibilities. (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)
- Develop business cases, requirements, use cases
- Post-Implementation support
- Propose recommendations based on industry best practices
Must have:
- 2,5+ years of work experience in Business Analysis in an international environment
- Experience working in the automotive domain would be a plus
- Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices
- Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
- Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
- Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies
- Understanding of modern WEB technologies
- Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
- Advanced communication verbal and written skills
- English: Upper-intermediate and higher
