IT Sourcer (offline)

Requirements:
- 2,5 + years of experience in the position of Sourcer/Researcher;
- Good spoken and written English (intermediate + or higher);
- Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking, different channels of IT recruiting:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

Responsibilities:
- Source for the best сandidates in the market;
- Put meaningful focus on building a diverse pipeline;
- Search for candidates using different channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.);
- Decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique culture;
- Working closely with recruiters.
