Business Analyst (offline)

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
Experience working in Agile environment (user stories, backlog management, team collaboration principles).
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage contradicting priorities in order to achieve project goals.
Experience in conducting pre-project research phases.
Experience in conducting discovery phase.
Experience in designing artifacts based on the results from the discovery phase (project vision, backlog, business processes diagrams).
Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
Consultant mindset.
Ability to professionally transform unclear and unstructured information into clear requirements.

Project description:
SAAS tool for clinics aimed at the rapid exchange of messages and media files between doctors and patients and also for maintaining relations on a remote basis. The solution includes patient management and treatment processes. Currently, the project is in user acceptance testing phase, so after that development will be concentrated on the designing solution for the market that will include extra features to cover common expectations from potential software clients
The project team:
1 backend, 1 frontend, QA, 1 designer.

Responsibilities:
Requirements elicitation, management, analysis, and documenting.
Help team with requirements understanding and clarification.
Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.
Play role of knowledge keeper.
Taking part in discovery, design, and development phases of SDLC.
Performing stakeholder analysis (identify, engage, interview, conduct workshops, and brainstorming sessions, etc.).
Elicitation, analysis, and documenting all types of requirements.
Explaining the business context of a solution to the development team.
Collaboration with UI/UX designer on product usability, providing insights, and verification of results.
