Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
β€” Calculate, plan and execute different ways to build talent pipelines;
β€” Find and attract talents using all possible search techniques;
β€” Interview and hire people who are fitting best for the role and team;
β€” Be partner and adviser both to the candidates and the hiring managers.

Required:
β€” 2+ years of experience with in-house technical recruiting (IT positions);
β€” Outstanding communication and networking skills;
β€” Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
β€” Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
β€” Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
β€” Experience in pre-screening and interviewing;
β€” Experience in using different searching tools;
β€” Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
