Senior Recruitment Specialist (offline)

Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists
● Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
● Full-cycle recruitment process experience
● Knowledge of IT domain specifics and job market
● Experience in communication with foreign clients
● Intermediate level of written and conversational English
Personal qualities:
● A self-driven person, who can manage their own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
● Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:
● Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing
● Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
● Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation
● Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams daily
● Mentoring team members
● Work with recruitment documentation
● Process improvement
● Team workload and priorities coordination
