IT Recruiter (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ 1,5-3 (or more) years of experience in technical recruitment;
✅ Experience in communication with hiring managers;
✅ Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
✅ Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
✅ Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
✅ Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
✅ Analytical thinking and good negotiation skills;
✅ Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)

As a plus:
✅ Experience in conducting HR interviews using various methodologies (STAR, case interviews, competencies interviews, etc);
✅ Experience working with foreign clients and hiring managers directly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
💫 Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
💫 Recruitment database maintenance;
💫 Sourcing of candidates using different channels, network, internal databases, referrals, etc;
💫 Interviewing candidates, evaluating them, and follow them through the hiring process ensuring they got positive candidate experience;
💫 Communicating with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
💫 Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skill level
