Junior Project Manager (offline)

You will be working closely with the development team, CEO, CTO, Product Owners, designers, ensuring that our projects are grannually planned and executed.

Required skills:

-1+ years of experience in ІТ Project Management
-Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
-Deep understanding of software development life cycle and software development process
-Experience with Agile methodologies - implementing, improving, working with.
-Ability to organize people, processes and projects
-Ability to manage competing priorities
-Be a part of the environment where things move quickly and performance is of great importance!


Will be a plus:

-CSM or PMP certification
-German language

Your Responsibilities:

-Full-scale project management of multiple teams with a focus on delivery
-Take the leading position in managing, supervising and mentoring the teams and the product development processes
-Define the project scope and convert business needs into technical requirements
-Establish and maintain productive communications with projects’ stakeholders
-Ensure delivery transparency for key stakeholders
-Keep track of project status and provide progress reports, ensuring project deadlines are met
-Analyze project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
