Head of Marketing (offline)

Requirements:
• 5+ years work experience as Head of Marketing, preferably within our industry.
• Being customer-centric.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Digital products.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Review and manage content marketing strategy.
• Keep the marketing budget in check.
• Ability to сreate and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.
• Attend marketing conferences.
• English — from the Upper-Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of capable and ambitious people and being responsible for the overall marketing strategy to land new propositions and grow consideration metrics for each relevant gaming product, along with acquiring new customers.
• Working across Bosscasino, Bootleggercasino & B2B marketing teams, you will find ways to create efficiencies across the business in order to deliver greater ROI on all activity.
• Through having a deep understanding of our customers’ motivations, and business needs, you will work with the wider gaming marketing team and supporting agencies to create fully integrated marketing campaigns, that grow our market share.
• You will be responsible for hitting key business targets, including the number and value of new customers acquired, and consideration of our brands within key audiences in the gaming market.
• Through owning close relationships with our partners, you will develop new and innovative ways to communicate with existing and prospective customers to land marketing messages in a way that resonates, with a particular focus on digital channels.
