Lead Manual QA (offline)

Our Requirements:
— At least 1+ years of experience managing QA team;
— 4+ years of QA Engineer experience with interactive web-based testing like — BrowserStack Live or AWS Device Farm;
— Experience in Web and Mobile (iOS, Android) application testing;
— Good understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and approaches;
— Experience in developing QA artifacts (Test Plan, Test Design, Traceability Matrix, User Scenarios, Test Cases, Checklists, QA Metrics);
— Experience with Test Design Techniques;
— Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle;
— Solid experience using at least one bug tracking tool (preferably Jira);
— Good written and verbal communication skills;
— Ability to learn quickly and willingness to continuously improve yourself;
— English level - intermediate and higher;

Your Responsibilities:
— QA manual processes description from the scratch;
— Establish a strong manual QA team;
— Planning & estimation; task assignment, control, people motivation, coaching, and mentorship;
— Strong software testing knowledge, testing throughout the software life cycle, test design techniques, test management tools configuration and support;
— Complex mobile/web applications testing;
— API testing (Postman, Fiddler or Charles), SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MS SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, RedisMQ), VCS (GIT, SVN).

Would Be A Plus:
— ISTQB certification
— Experience with front end test automation (Selenium is especially welcomed)
— Experience with BDD/Keyword Driven automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Cucumber, etc.)
— Experience with Linux/Unix
— Basic knowledge of any scripting language (Python is preferable)
— Basic knowledge of SQL
