Middle QA Engineer (offline)

Main requirements:
— 2+ years of QA experience;
— Experience with various types of testing: smoke, regression, etc.;
— Experience with creating and maintaining test documentation;
— Experience with defect reporting and management tools (preferably Jira);
— Understanding of client-server architecture;
— Experience working with SQL;
— Knowledge of agile-based software development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN);
— High level of diligence, and a proactive attitude;
— Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
— English level: at least intermediate.

As a plus:
— Experience in testing Desktop applications will be a plus;
— Experience with REST-API testing using Postman or any other similar frameworks.


Responsibilities:
— Analyzing user stories for creating test documentation: test cases, checklists (Test Rail);
— Maintaining already created test documentation;
— Estimating, planning and coordinating testing activities;
— Perform manual functional and non-functional testing of Desktop and Web applications.
— Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs;
— Work closely with the development team/PM.
