Your tasks:
We are expanding our operations team in Kyiv and are looking for a product owner who will work as part of our agile integration teams. The agile integration team is responsible for delivering customized software releases to our customers.
• You will have end-to-end responsibility for your project from the development up to the international go-to-market,
• You lead your team with a high degree of personal responsibility and close coordination with the customer,
• You define user stories together with the customer and coordinate them with your team and the Product teams,
• You promote agile methods, team development, self-organization and the assumption of responsibility,
• You will motivate your cross-functional integration team and enable it to work in a self-organized manner,
• You will work closely with the Scrum Master to establish the Scrum framework,
• Achieve the best possible result with the team together with the Scrum Master,
• Creation of standardized reporting in the reviews,
• Be in charge of delivery roadmap.
Your profile:
You are enthusiastic about business analysis or project management and communication with foreign customers.
Main requirements:
• Good knowledge of business analysis,
• Understanding of project management,
• Experienced in work on timelines and roadmaps,
• Proficient in creating backlog,
• English on sufficient level to be able to collaborate with foreign customers, advanced or fluent,
• Excellent presenting skills,
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies,
• Knowledge of SDLC.
Nice to have:
• German would be a great plus,
• Certification in Agile or Product Ownership,
• Experience in Go-To-Market and Go-Live activities,
• Project management experience,
• Experience in retail domain.
