Reporting Specialist (offline)
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Create report dashboards for clients and internal teams
• Maintain the dashboards daily and make adjustments as necessary
• Report performance using internal data and web analytics tools to provide results and make
recommendations on how to best display reporting data
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business intelligence requirements and to move
manual reports to automation
• Work with internal teams to ensure all sources are integrated and functioning properly
• Troubleshoot, QA and identify discrepancies or issues
• Find ways to constantly improve report and dashboard formats and content when provided
feedback from clients and internal teams
• Create user logins as requested
Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience in an operational or analytical role, preferred
• Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, a plus
• Experience with Tapclicks or other reporting dashboards, a plus
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in English, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
• Ability to learn and understand technical applications
• Readiness to work in the office from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
