Blockchain Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of managing web development projects, 6+ years of total software experience;
- technical understanding of web development practices;
- experience in working on blockchain-related projects;
- understanding project management tools and processes;
- knowledge of methodologies and life cycle of software development;
- knowledge of registration of technical specifications (building models, processes and structures, prototypes of the user interface, scenarios of use);
being able to analyze risks and problem areas, offer improvement;
- experience in maintaining software development life cycle;
- experience in using various task tracking systems;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;
- English at upper Intermediate level.


Responsibilities:
- maintain project documentation;
- gather requirements for decentralized web projects;
- make plans and project estimation;
- break projects down into tasks and sprints, prioritize and distribute them to the team;
- track the progress of tasks, the status of projects;
- track team and customer satisfaction;
- provide the management with reports on the progress of the project.
