Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in a Product Manager position
- A strong view of what good design means
- Can work independently with minimal direction and great communication skills
- Business-oriented, strong skills in stakeholders management is a must;
- Smart decision-maker, proactive leader for the team that stays kind and curious
- Strong leadership skills, ability to create and translate product vision both internally and externally
- Understanding details of development processes, understanding SDLC
- Metrics oriented mindset and strategic thinking
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude

In this role, you will:

- Work with engineers to determine the best solution to achieve our goals on a reasonable time frame and budget
- Develop concise product specs that set clear expectations, scoping, and requirements
- Plan, design, and release measurable improvements that drive customer satisfaction together with the team
- Engage closely with the marketing, support & other stakeholders to contribute to and drive growth initiatives across multiple channels
- Performing internal product analytics: analyzing and optimizing purchase funnels, investigating feature performance, discovering problem areas, etc
