QA Automation Lead (offline)

DrivT is a freemium SaaS helping quickly arrange testing processes, enhance software quality and reduce development costs. We call it 'Trello for QAs'.

aqua is a premium Saas/on-premise test management tool for Medium+/Enterprise size businesses. It is used by 100+ enterprise businesses in Europe, including banks, insurances, retailers, municipal, government, and IT companies (for example, European Google office).

Current Stack of Technologies:

.NET Core 3.1, .NET Framework 4.7.2, Selenium, PowerShell, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipeline, Jenkins

Responsibilities:

50% of the tasks are managerial and 50% are technical. We are looking for a "player coach".

— Lead and provide technical coaching to 3 QA engineers (one of them manual)
— Study and integrate cutting-edge technologies and approaches
— Develop test strategies and plans
— Write automated tests and maintain QA environments
— Make QA team processes transparent using metrics

Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience in Automation testing
— 1+ years of proven experience in leading a team of QA engineers
— English level - B1, ability to conduct business correspondence and communicate in English. You will be working with an internal team only. It’s ok, if you make mistakes in English.
— Hands-on experience with testing artifacts: test plan, test design, test case, test script
— Experience with WEB and API testing
— Test automation languages: C#, Typescript, Python are preferable

Nice to have:

— Experience with CI/CD
— Experience with .NET/C#, PowerShell, and Selenium
