UI/UX/Product Designer Team Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Design and specify user journeys, use cases, and interfaces — using participatory and iterative design methods including, but not limited to, user research and usability testing
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager
- Develop UI mockups, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes through feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- Design and manage UI/UX projects for web applications
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Advocate on behalf of the customer’s best interest when it comes to decision for new and updated features and products

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer in a product company
- Experience in product (web application) development is a must
- Enterprise-level apps developing experience is a huge advantage
- Attention for details and creativity is a must as well
- Team spirit - the main soft skill you should have
Understanding of:
- BI systems functionality
- UI/UX in BPM systems
- Strong analytical skills in line with an understanding of business management
- Lead designer on a product feature that spanned the entire user experience
- Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge cases, and incorporate them into designs
- Experience in conducting Customer Interviews and prototypes testing
Technical skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch
- Proficiency in graphic design, a sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and a general awareness of materials/textures
- Experience in defining design systems that work across a product
- Entrepreneurial approach with a strong sense of product quality
- Portfolio of successfully finished projects is needed
- Advanced English in spoken and written
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Test task should be done while interviewing process

- Experience with web development, mastering front-end technologies like !Bootstrap! JavaScript, CSS, HTML
