Senior IOS Engineer/Contractor (offline)

Project description:
Team: Android, iOS, Java, QA.
Project process - Kanban, working in Jira, Confluence

Our client creates a solution (both hardware and software) that allows their users to take streaming music, like Spotify, offline without a phone or internet connection. Users can enjoy workouts, commutes, and adventures without worrying about bulky phones, data overages, and battery drain.
The hardware works with Spotify Premium, pairs with Bluetooth headsets & speakers, has 1,000+ song capacity, up to 5 hours of battery life, drop & water resistance.

Requirements skills:

5+ working experience with IOS
Proficiency in Swift
Good knowledge of Core Bluetooth
Deep practice experience with OAuth20
At least intermediate English level(written and spoken)


Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Spotify API,
Understanding message pack
Experience with Zeplin

Ability to independently communicate with the team/client
Ability to analyze and suggest requirements

Planned responsibilities
The project is in the renovation phase. UX and UI changes. Firmware changes support
UX and UI related tasks, changes to BLE communication protocol due to firmware changes
