RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Manage campaigns from proposals through development, testing, execution, and completion against client goals
β’ Oversee and plan client advertising PPC budgets across vendors, time-scheduled flights, and among programs/services/offerings Set and optimize bids at the keyword, placement, ad set, device, geographic, and other levels
β’ Keyword, display, and social targeting portfolio development and refinement
β’ Develop effective plans to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
β’ Identify niche strategies in specific verticals and consistently incorporate developing strategies into existing campaigns
β’ Implement cohesive testing strategy for each element of campaigns
β’ Generate accurate and informative periodic internal and external reporting
β’ This position requires the ability to follow processes, attention to detail, awareness, and research & problem-solving skills. Candidates must be data-driven and will be administered job-specific custom Excel testing during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
β’ Knowledge of Google Ads a plus
β’ Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and macros
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
β’ Problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
β’ Strong acumen for applying critical thinking and analytics to formulate and test hypothesis
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns across internal teams
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
β’ Associated Degree required Bachelors degree preferred
β’ 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social media advertising, and user analytics
β’ Readiness to work in the office from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
