Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:

● Successful and proven experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years);
● Excellent oral and written English skills (B2+);
● Staying up-to-date on the latest development processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems;
● Excellent documentation skills;
● Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle;
● Ability to convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements;
● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Would be a plus:

● Experience in writing specifications and developing drafts of user interfaces;
● Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies;
● Experience leading and developing top-performing teams;
● Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
● Familiarity with wireframing tools.

Responsibilities:

● Organize effective collaboration between business owners and the project team;
● Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions;
● Analyze, document, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle;
● Write user stories and user acceptance specifications;
● Create diagrams using BPMN notation;
● Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
● Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements;
● Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
