Middle Manual QA Engineer (offline)

The Role: Maintain a portfolio of 30+ 3S Home websites and create new consumer lead generation websites by building custom templates, widgets, and features using HTML / CSS / Javascript / PHP in a WordPress environment. Ensure quality code and solutions are delivered. Integrate with 3rd party APIs. Conduct quality assurance testing, as needed, based on provided user stories. Complete cross-browser and cross-device responsive testing for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android browsers using tools like Browserstack or similar alternatives.

Responsibilities:

Document test scenarios and plans
Conduct manual quality assurance testing to mobile and desktop web UIs
Complete cross-browser and cross-device responsive testing for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android browsers using tools like Browserstack or similar alternatives
Submit detailed test issues and feedback for developers
Execute manual smoke and regression testing processes for high priority websites
Conduct production verification to ensure solutions are working as designed in the product environment

Requirements:

2-5 years professional experience in a related role (help desk analyst, web development, technical support, quality assurance analyst, or development operations)
Prior Agile experience preferred.
WordPress experience preferred.
Team structure: they will join one of our existing scrum teams. Our teams work in 2 week sprints and do bi weekly releases. Teams current consistent of a tech lead, user experience designer, and 2-3 developers.
