Senior Front-end Developer (offline)

Skills:
— 4 or more years of experience in front-end development
— excellent experience with JavaScript
— good Knowledge of algorithm
— experience of code optimization
— experience of HighLoad
— experience to lead junior developers
— experience with page load improvements
— capacity to understand technology and comply with technical requirements
— anticipate and identify problems and engineer appropriate solutions with frequent communication
— drive initiatives to create value and increase operational efficiency
— good communication skills
— English — Upper intermediate

As a plus:
— experience with Vue.js
— experience with (PHP)
— knowledge and good understanding of different Financial Markets

Responsibilities:
— learn trading domain and analyze current codebase related to trading
— tech review a team of 2-3 people to provide the best technical solutions inside trading part of the platform
— redesign current trading part of the platform to meet requirements
— design and implement new solutions inside existing code base
— create migration strategies from the old codebase to new solutions
— take part of architecture changes
— able to communicate and work through road blocks effectively, precisely and know when to ask for clarification
— must take accountability and be a problem solver as well as, a team player
— must have an acute attention to detail
