Lead .NET Full Stack Developer (Core team) (offline)

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed software applications
- Technical leadership experience (technical best practices, mentoring, anticipating the future technical needs of the team, etc.)
- Experience in C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Experience with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with relational databases and SQL (stored procedures, table views, etc.)
- Experience with Azure (service bus, function apps, api management, application gateway, etc.)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Writing automated unit, integration, and regression tests
- Experience in commercial software development utilizing CI/CD principles
- Good English language skills both written and verbally

Nice to have:

- Experience with Elastic, logstash, kibana (ELK) stack
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality code in an agile environment
- Familiarity with lean engineering principles and how to apply
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Skilled at troubleshooting and debugging production issues

- Technical leadership of the team
- Deliver high-quality product with useful features and perfect user experience
- Design and create secure, scalable, distributed applications
- Implement modern engineering practices to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Contribute to the team and company technical excellence practices and product decisions
