Support manager (offline)

Responsibility

- Communication with VIP clients by email / sms / messengers;
- Knowledge of English at the Advanced level;
- CRM maintenance.

Required skills

- Experience as a support or vip manager in igaming / forex / crypt / binary more than 1 year;
- Experience in chats and / or letters (there are telephone, and there are written ones — we need written ones).

Soft skills

- Showing empathy for customer problems is a big plus;
- Personal qualities — attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, a desire to show extra mile in work.

Will be a plus

- Experience in support services with English or in the «field» will be a great benefit.
