Senior Business Analyst (offline)

DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for an experienced, proactive, dedicated Product owner/Business Analyst to join PO/BA team and help drive the transformation project for our client.
The client is going through the digital transformation phase and as a part of this process data and analytics application is in a process of migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the client is willing to bring a successful candidate to the core of this process.

The job requires working closely with Product Owners from a client-side. The person should be focused on the quality of the delivered product in a limited timeframe.

The successful candidate should be a curious, open-minded, collaborative Lead BA who has a passion for partnering with Product Owners from Business and Technical units, Technical Managers, architectures, and developers to produce quality software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Document business rules for further reference during GCP onboarding
Describe different Business, Validation, Protection rules
Define file specification and data mapping templates
Define the implementation of the plugin of UK custom business rules for validation, transformation
Customize the solution for direct load data into GCP for UK requirements
Design end to end process for data and customers migration

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Team leading experience, leadership skills
Data migration and data transformation experience
Previous experience and success working with the agile development teams
Hands-on experience working with JIRA, Confluence
Experience in creating wireframes for UI interfaces
Advanced English level, both spoken and written (C1)

Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms
Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization
