Middle UX/UI Designer (offline)

Required experience / Skills :

— 2+ years of commercial experience and portfolio of projects to prove this experience;
— Experience working with stakeholders and engineers to bring your ideas to life;
— Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
— Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes etc;
— Knowledge of Material design and Human Interface Guidelines;
— Deep understanding of building responsive layouts;
— UX design development (User Research, Mind Maps development, IA, User flows, Customer Journey Map, Competitor Analysis, Wireframing);
— Understanding of Design Thinking;
— Build and support Design Systems and a style guide for the project;
— Knowledge of apps and services (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Principle, InVision, xMind) and willing to learn new ones;
— Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus if candidate has:

— Understanding of Atomic design approach;
— Experience in User Research (user interview, user testing);
— Understanding of Design Thinking;
— Advanced knowledge in the latest design patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities:

— Assist in Design Department re-creation;
— Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with other designers;
— Participate in Pre-Sales Process;
— Conduct Workshops for Clients and internal team;
— Prepare Presentation for clients and for the internal goals;
— Prepare Marketing Materials.
