Strong Junior ML Engineer (Computer vision) (offline)

Client is a healthcare operations company focused on improving the utilization of key care resources such as operating rooms, imaging equipment, and patient care areas through automated, depth-sensor-based, no-PHI room monitoring. Our contribution is the research, design, and development of accurate and efficient computer vision algorithms to deliver the best performance for utilization planning.

What you will be doing:
Prototype and implement image processing and computer vision algorithms;
Develop tools required for project activities;
Design AI solutions and train required ML/DL models;
Maintain and support existing solutions and services.

What we expect from you:
1+ years of experience in research and development of solutions with computer vision;
Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in computer vision algorithms (OpenCV);
Strong understanding of Deep Learning;
Solid Python programming skills (numpy, pandas, matplotlib);
Extensive experience with one or more deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow;
Experience with AWS;
English language (intermediate).

Will be advantages:
Previous experience with multiple view geometry;
Previous experience with depth images;
Experience with Edge computing (e.g. Jetson Nano);
Engagement in Kaggle and other competitions;
Presenting experience at conferences, meetups;
Published papers etc;
Master/Ph.D. in computer science or related field.
