Enterprise Program Manager (Norway) (offline) $9000-14000

Note: relocation to Norway is required.

Responsibilities:

- Management of several teams: in-house and external vendors’ ones

- Long-term program planning

- Program health forecasting and reporting

- Negotiation with client’s CIOs

- Accountability for program KPIs

- Teams ramp-up coordination

- Methodologies setup and fine-tune

- Reporting processes setup

- Earned value management and reporting


Requirements:

- 8+ years in management

- Scaled agile methodologies

- Experienced in an international team management, geo-distributed, cross-cultural one

- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Cloud, AWS and(or) Microsoft Azure stack based projects and programs

- Nice to have: experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce

- Advanced+ English

- Nice to have: any of Nordic languages
