Full Stack Developer (offline) $3000-4500

Check2Fly is the joint venture of Omega Company and the Rambam Health Care Campus, enabling those flying abroad to perform quick and reliable COVID-19 tests prior to their flight, at tie-breaking prices. The Check2Fly lab is located in Tel Aviv, so that the tests are especially fast and allow those tested to arrive before their flight to Airport City (near Ben Gurion Airport), using the fast track, get tested and receive a medical passport in English, valid in all countries around the world.

The Role

This is a good opportunity to join a medium-sized team and develop new features for the platform. While the end-user part looks very simple, the system itself has a powerful dashboard for admins and labs' staff. Backoffice covers completely all steps required for a user to get a test result: from printing barcode for test tube till sending SMS when it's finished.

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Write code as part of a cross-functional squad that includes developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Writing high quality asynchronous Node.js code and testing it.
- Develop modular web apps with Angular 12, RxJS, using modern ES6 features.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy apps to the web.
- Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, ticket grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

Core skills required:

- At least 2 years applicable experience (e.g. PHP, JS) in a commercial environment.
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts and modern Typescript features.
- Overall solid understanding and extensive experience with JavaScript.

Desirables:

- Experience with Nest.js framework.
- Skilled with AWS services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
