Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager (offline) $500-3000

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our International CRM Team.

As a CRM Business Analyst and Project Manager, your job duties include organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data and helping sales and marketing teams deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships. You should be able to analyse customer needs, translate them into design requirements, correctly address tasks within the team and manage/supervise their implementation within the system.

The candidate will be placed within the CRM Team by actively collaborating in analysis, configuration, validation and training activities. He/she must be able to guide the analysis of the processes, define the project tasks and coordinate the Business Analyst and Developer within the project team.

What does this mean in practice?

Collaborate closely with sales, customers, development, marketing, design and product teams
Take charge of the conception, design and modelling of suitable process solutions
Design scalable best practice solutions
Gather requirements, design epics and user stories, improve end-to-end business processes
Definition of acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Manage the project in terms of time and tasks
Mentoring of junior resources


Required skills and experience:
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent skills in needs analysis, identification of the best solutions and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the main Sales and Service processes
Good teamwork skills
Fluency in English
Understanding of Salesforce automations, workflows, validations, process builder, flows will be considered a plus
Knowledge of the Agile methodology is beneficial
CRM certifications represent a plus
