Software Development process according to the Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master you will be the part of a growing project team that started a new project with an agile methodology. This project team believes in a work climate that value people and encourages innovation, collaboration, and professionalism. You will be focusing on facilitating and coordinating the development work within a development team. You will also be contributing to the continuous improvement of the agile way of working within the team. We expect that scrum master will help the teams to become self-organized taking into account values of the company and project requirements.

- Scaling Agile development in several teams
- Expertise in combination of agile methods with proven engineering practices of Automotive SPICE
- Experience in Confluence tool (reports, statistic, charts, Jira reports in it)
