New Silver is a fintech startup that sits at the intersection of Decentralized Finance and real world assets. We built technology to originate short term bridge loans with more efficiency, and then securitize those loans on the blockchain. New Silver’s mission is to enable entrepreneurial growth by providing small real estate investors with fast, conveniently accessible capital, and by harnessing technology to improve investors' journey, from property search to sale.
YOUR ROLE
You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. While we aren't a traditional fund, we deploy proprietary capital in synergistic and opportune business ventures, mostly in the crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, analysis, reporting and portfolio support for companies and projects in the crypto and NFT ecosystem. Your days will be busy following the news, locating new projects and investment opportunities, speaking with founders and creating memos for potential investments. You will work with the company founders to set goals and deliver on them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, source, evaluate, and document new investment opportunities in the crypto and NFT ecosystem
Contribute strong baseline knowledge in the crypto asset and NFT space to help prepare analysis for the group.
Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, legal documentation, and economic impact modeling for new projects
Perform detailed due diligence and perform financial analysis where applicable on new and existing investments. Prepare and present investment theses for new and follow-on investments based on fundamental analysis and market research
Monitor current investments and track key metrics and company performance


REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree is required
1+ years of of investment analysis or similar experience
Strong Interest in crypto and NFTs
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to write and present well
Ability and love of reading and writing investment memos and reports
Self starter who is not afraid to take initiative and work independently
Driven to succeed
